Become a companion driver and help enhance the quality of life for seniors struggling to preserve their independence and life routines. As a companion driver, you help to ensure the availability of adequate transportation support and companionship for seniors throughout our community.

Please complete the following steps to ensure you complete and submit your application.

  • Complete and submit the “On Demand Interview” form. Here you will be asked to record yourself answering several questions to assist our team in evaluating your fit for this unique opportunity. You may record a brief video or upload a pre-recorded video.

  • Complete and submit the Companion Driver Application. Be sure to upload all the required documentation. You will be asked for your driver’s license, vehicle registration, insurance card, inspection report and second form of ID

  • Complete and submit the W9 and I-9 forms. Review, sign and submit the Senior Runs Community Guidelines, Driver Agreement.

  • Submit a nonrefundable payment of $50 for the completion of your background check.

  • Complete your Checkr profile to complete your background check

  • Once your application package is reviewed you will be contacted by our team to attend an interest meeting where you will receive details on this unique opportunity and participate in a Q & A session for applicants.
